Weatherday Detroit Concert reviews
Nite with Interpol
I have seen them in concert several times over the years, and I loved this band the moment they came out. The venue is a bit magical, although I despise the Greek for their parking situation. Although I have not heard their new album yet, they have enough songs in their arsenal to keep me plenty interested. It's a bit more intimate than Irvine Meadows (Verizon Amphitheater) or the Hollywood Bowl, I guess. The amphitheatre is surrounded by hills, trees, and the stars (in the sky). I couldn't pass up seeing them on their LA date of the tour. This was actually a perfect place to see an almost perfect band. The only let down was that they did not do an encore... Boo!!!!
